Delfim José Leite Rocha

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

He holds a degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and has specializations from COOPE/UFRJ, Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) in Economic Engineering, PUC/RJ in Business Administration and Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/EAESP) with a Master's degrees in Sustainability (FGV/EAESP) and in Soil Mechanics (FGV/EAESP).

He has previously worked in major consulting companies in the fields of mining, engineering, aluminum rolling and recycling, and hydroelectric energy generation.

Delfim began his journey at Ferreira Rocha (FR) in early 2009 as a co-founder. His work routine goes beyond the strategic, commercial, and administrative responsibilities of his position: he also serves as an internal technical consultant and overall coordinator for projects of greater strategic complexity.

Thiago de Alencar Silva

Technical Director

He holds a bachelor's and teaching degree in Geography from the Federal University of Espirito Santo (UFES), a master's and doctoral degree in Geography from UFMG, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Project Management from Centro Universitário UNA, and a specialization in Leadership and Coaching from Estacio de Sá University Currently, he is responsible for overseeing the Technical Management of Ferreira Rocha´s portfolio, focusing on meeting client needs, quality, and accuracy in project execution, providing guidance to the technical team at the Belo Horizonte office.

Thomaz Pinheiro Costa Lage

Business Director

He holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Methodist University Center Isabela Hendrix, a post-graduate degree in GSI Management from PUC Minas, a post-graduate degree in Environmental Engineering from UFMG, a post-graduate degree in Project Management and in Business Management from IETC, and a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainability, Urbanism and Environment from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UCP).

Currently, as Ferreira Rochas's New Business Director, he is responsible for specifying technical and managerial solutions to meet the strategic needs of various productive sectors and for managing and expanding the customer network.

Nil Rocha

Business Partner and Administrative-Financial Director
With a degree in Business Administration, he is responsible for managing the business, ensuring transparency and ethics in the execution of internal policies, processes, and procedures, as well as the quality and professionalism in delivering services to clients.

He strives for valuable outcomes for the business, aiming to exceed client expectations by providing technical and strategic advisory services, fundamental principles for achieving the organization's objectives and goals.
