He holds a degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and has specializations from COOPE/UFRJ, Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) in Economic Engineering, PUC/RJ in Business Administration and Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/EAESP) with a Master's degrees in Sustainability (FGV/EAESP) and in Soil Mechanics (FGV/EAESP).
He has previously worked in major consulting companies in the fields of mining, engineering, aluminum rolling and recycling, and hydroelectric energy generation.
Delfim began his journey at Ferreira Rocha (FR) in early 2009 as a co-founder. His work routine goes beyond the strategic, commercial, and administrative responsibilities of his position: he also serves as an internal technical consultant and overall coordinator for projects of greater strategic complexity.
